Dave Leek is a certified strength coach and personal trainer working out of London, Ontario. He has been personal training since 2002. Dave holds a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Fanshawe College where he also worked as the athletic trainer for the Men’s Varsity Basketball Team. After graduating, Dave went on to work with the YMCA where he worked with one-on-one clients and coached various youth sports and activities. A few years later he made the switch to GoodLife Fitness where he worked for the next five years as a personal trainer and fitness manager.
In 2011 Dave made the move from the larger big-box environment to a more private studio surrounding instead. The change of scenery now allows him to offer a more
inclusive service at competitive pricing with much less sales pressure and other interference that comes along with training at a large membership-based gym. With a strong focus for overall strength, balance and functionality, Dave delivers workouts that are enjoyable, educational and most importantly, effective. He has worked with people from all walks of life from stay at home moms to professional athletes and welcomes any challenge you can throw at him.
Dave spends the majority of his time in the gym either coaching clients or training himself, preparing meals, reading fitness books/websites and trying to keep up with blogs, tweets, posts and updates.
