Dea Gravelle is a certified personal trainer and CBBF national bikini competitor training out of London, Ontario.
Before entering the fitness and health industry, Dea spent time working in the medical field, helping and assisting all kinds of people at various levels of health. It was here that she began to see the widespread effects of poor health decisions made by the people around her and wanted to help on a larger scale. During her time here she realized that her own passion for fitness was motivating those around her so she decided to look into a career in personal training to help inspire even more people in a personal setting.
Dea began her training career at GoodLife Fitness where she enjoyed early success as a personal trainer. While her time spent there was relatively short lived, she quickly moved her expertise to the private studio setting and continued delivering outstanding results to her clients there.
Working as a personal trainer inspired her to push her own limits even further by venturing into the world of bodybuilding. Seeing as how her body type allowed the possibility of competing in either figure or bikini categories, she decided to begin working with a coach and try her luck at one or the other. As time passed, she narrowed her focus to the bikini category and soon after entered her first competition where she placed first in her category and also took home first overall.
Dea brings a very strong passion for health and longevity and expects the same high-level commitment from her clients as she does herself. While she can be tough at times, her warm smile and sense of understanding make for a great balance while working with clients. Seeing firsthand the positive impact that healthy living has had on her life is her driving force for pushing others to achieve the same. Her main goal is to inspire those around her to reach their full potential and realize that anything is possible with a little hard work.
“I love doing what I do because I get to help people transition to a healthier lifestyle that they sometimes didn’t know was even possible. I especially love being able to influence females to gain a healthier relationship with food and establish a positive self image. If you’re really willing to put in work and make the changes you’ve been thinking about for so long. I’m ready to help you every step of the way.”
