Road to Provincials: Day 50/231
Just a quick entry today to let you all know what’s going on for my lift pretty much. Since I’ve changed programs up again I think I’ll make sure to write at least a quick blog each day this week to let you know what I’m training in case anyone is interested in the full layout of my programming. I guess I could just write one blog with the full program in there but whatever
Chest and calves went well yesterday. I feasted like a king afterwards too which was nice. Overall it was a good day for training and eating which always feels good. Water intake needs to pick up a little though. Anyway, back on track here, this is what we’ve got laid out for today’s workout:
Back & Abs
Warmup – 5min
Mobility (lats, pecs, abdominals) – 5min
Straight Arm Pulldowns 3/12-15
BB Bent Over Rows 4/12-15
Wide Underhand Pulldowns 4/12-15
Straight Arm Pulldowns 4/20-30
Hanging Leg Raises 4/12-15
HIIT Finisher – Rope Slams and Handstand Tabata… fack.
